SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders placed through Juice's online shop are subject to verification, which can take up to 48 business hours.
Once approved, the order will be prepared and shipped. You will be sent a notification e-mail with all information about the shipment.
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or the delivery method.
Your order will be delivered to the address provided when completing your purchase.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
SHIPPING TIME AND COST
Average delivery times for an order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) are:
3-4 working days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK and Croatia.
5-8 working days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Hungary.
10-15 working days: Rest of the world
The following are shipping costs that apply to each country or continent:
Italy: free shipping cost
Europe: 15 euro
Rest of the World: 25 euro
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Juice Shop would like to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of shopping experience and quality.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order or if the products you have received do not meet the level of quality requested or if the products are defected, you can return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer, also
remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging, or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions; moreover, the return instructions must be followed correctly.
The Juice Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are observed.
The delivery costs for returns are covered by the Juice Shop only if the product is defected, you must send us an email with photos of the defective parts of the product and we will send you the bar code to be printed and applied on the product box, then a courier authorized by us will pick up the package.
If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
